Slightly confused on procedure, doing it on web site, what key strig goes where, otherwise flowless process of activation of revision 4.2, Next day upgraded to 4.21, license not required again

Thanks to atsxkey@gmail.com for my new activation key, superfast response.
I just have one issue, when trying to get my unlock code using the website I get an
"Error Activation: Another device is using this key" message, so I can't get the unlock code…
This is the first time getting a licence key for this ATS25 Max (non Wi-Fi unit)

Ive rebooted the ATS25 about 5 times now to try different request codes, but each time I get the same error message.
Any ideas or suggestions ?
