I just have one issue, when trying to get my unlock code using the website I get an
"Error Activation: Another device is using this key" message, so I can't get the unlock code…
This is the first time getting a licence key for this ATS25 Max (non Wi-Fi unit)

Ive rebooted the ATS25 about 5 times now to try different request codes, but each time I get the same error message.
Any ideas or suggestions ?

Debo dar las gracias por su atención y profesionalidad a atsxkey@gmail.com por su ayuda a resolver mi incidencia con la actualización de firmware de mi ATS25 max-decoder, pues por error mío, desactivé la licencia original de mi radio y no podia activar el nuevo firmware 4.2. Tras contactar con él, con la intención de adquirir nueva licencia de activación, me sugirió varias pruebas a realizar con mi actual licencia y tras varios emails intercambiados, hemos resuelto la desactivación errónea de la clave original y ya vuelvo a tener funcionado y actualizado mi radio.
