Before buying a license, it is good to check in the menu if the device is already activated.
To do this, press the info button on the display among other things, you will find the device version and possibly the license key if it is activated.
If you have v4.16 or higher v4.2 it is activated
If you have another version, e.g. v5.2, then you need a license.
Please check this before requesting a key.
