FT8 etc internet independent use? Thinkering..

I know the fundamentials of the FT8/etc protocols based on a strict UTC Time Base for a succesful sync.
I don´t know how accurate the internal Time Clock functions of the ESP32 are but is´nt it possible to the UTC based on former RDS and Country data or set manualy for a short period?
My thoughts are to use the ATS as 2nd Receiver in the "Wild" with no NTP-Connection

The next version, which is almost ready, will have automatic tuning to the FT8 signal and manual clock setting. It is impossible to use RDS for this because of the accuracy in minutes instead of seconds.
