Yes this is a limitation of the SI473x chip

I select 100 khz step for FM but when I turn off and on the step changes to 200 khz, is there a way to always stay in 100 khz?

By default, for the ITU region 2, the FM band pitch is 200 kHz. When the receiver is turned on, the default step is set.

Is there a way to change this default ?
I'm in Mexico ITU region 2 but here we use 100 kHz.

only change firmware. I will consider this option in future firmware versions.

Someone has tried to use an antenna connected to ESP32 for WiFi?
With no antenna the WiFi signal is very poor and useless, the case acts as a shield.

This is normal behavior. You shouldn't have created two identical cities separately for FM and AM. Combine the stations of these cities into one and select a range in the retro scale using the band button
