DOWNLOADED, 4.16 UPDATE WENT THROUGH PROCESS. BUT NOW STUCK ON THE LICENSE KEY SCREEN. IT SHOWS 4.16 IS INSTALLED. I HAVE WIFI. I WENT THROUGH THE SECOND STAGE TO GET A CORP LICENSE. I HAVE A ID NUMBER FROM YOUR SITE. THE KEYS DON'T SEEM TO WORK.

THE LAST STEP IN THE PROCESS WOULD NOT TAKE THE KEY. NO ACTIVATION. NOW I AM STUCK AT THAT PAGE NO MATTER WHAT.

I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SUPPORT FROM THIS GROUP. AFTER MY RADIO DID NOT FINISH ITS ACTIVATION. I ASKED FOR HELP. WHAT I REVICED WAS NOTHING THAT COULD HELP. MY RADIO STOPPED AT THE LICENSE-ENTER KEY PROMT. UNFORTUNATELY WHILE WORKING THROUGH IT I THOUGHT I COPIED THE LIESECNE NUMBER. BUT I DID NOT. I ASKED TO HAVE IT RESENT. I NEVER SEEM TO GET ANY ANSWERS BACK. I WAS TOLD MY RADIO WAS DEFECTIVE AND IT NEEDED REPAIRS.

SO AFTER $20 FOR AN ACTIVATION kEY, THAT ONLY ACTIVATES ANOTHER KEY THAT SEEMS TO HAVE MADE MY RADIO MALFUNCTION, I NOW HAVE IS A METAL BOX.

I WANT TO PERSONALLY THANK THE TEAM HERE FOR THE FIRMAWARE UPGRADES, BUT PLEASE I THINK WE DESERVE A WAY TO REBOOT TO THE FACTORY SETUP. i DID TRY TO FLASH BACK TO STOCK BINS BUT NOTHING WOULD TAKE.

I think you are having a skill issue. also you are being quite unfair to the support crew. you sent a link that only you can view.... try better man

I am having problems with an ATS200 radio. I received the radio and it worked, and I was interested in doing an update that unlocked features with the Activation Key. Emailed a gentlemen who was an authorized seller of keys, and purchased one for 20EUR. In the process of first uploading firmware to the device, it asked for the key and with WiFi working, I was able to activate online.

However, now I have a radio that doesn't work. It simply goes through a boot process over and over again, and part of it identifies two chips, and then in red letters: Incorrect Frequency.

I'd like to revert back to a version of firmware that works in the ATS200, because there is something wrong I think with the 4/16 beta.

After power-cycling I can sometimes get to the radio UI and enter setup. But after I make my selections and save them, I cannot modify the 0.00Khz frequency.

At othertimes I get a Welcome screen where I can then calibrate the 4 extents of the display, but Generic Model is all that is selectable. When I get to the radio UI, I cannot adjust the frequency.

Something is very wrong.
