ATS25 max TFT brightness oscillating,

I have an ATS25 max and noticed that the brightness of the screen is oscillating, it is very subtle but easily noticeable, has anyone else experienced this kind of issue?
This is a known problem of all ATS25 receivers. 3.3 volt power shortage, especially when Wi-Fi is turned on. It is solved only by changing the entire power supply scheme.
