Due to an error, I deleted the license of the ATS 25 Max decoder 2 device. I cannot use my radio. I have done all the operations mentioned on the page. It says that I can reactivate it for a month. The radio asks for an activation key when it starts up. The device does not turn on. I have to wait a month for it to turn on. It was already active when I bought it. When I was going to register on the site, something went wrong. I think it stays in the key section when opened.

In the Max Decoder, the key is under the menu
"Info" ! Before a new update, you should check the
Copy keys.
After the update attempt you can’t get there anymore !

I'm having the same issue on an ATS120. It had not previously been activated, but after going through the steps, the code that I was given will not unlock the receiver. Now it is bound on the website for 30 days and I cannot try again.

Send an e-mail to the manager, I did that and the 30-day period was reset. Thank you to the management, they stand behind their products.
