Hi sirs
I have downloaded the latest 4.2 firmware on my ATS23X2 and the battery charge is extremely low to get 70% (> 20h) though before using the initial fw it was normal
The led at the back is on (red). Have tried several cables...
please help

Hello...for me after updating to version 4.2 the display shows the battery status 0.0V and 0%. The battery is probably charged because the charging light on the back of the radio goes out after a while, but the display still shows 0.0V/0% in both cases. I don't know why this is. In version 5.3 the battery level was displayed.
