You don't need a key for the ATS25 Max  (Decoder).
What firmware is installed? If you can't find a key in the device, you need one from me.
Under the menu: "Info" you will find the key
You can update with this.

Thank you for the explanation, but I did update without saving the key on the device. I did this by mistake, and the update was successful. Upon restarting, it asked for the key. Please help me as much as possible. You can also contact me on [email address/platform name]. msaheet4@gmail.com
