In 4.2, when you are tuning through the bands manually, it shows a little section below the frequency readout that shows the type of band area it is, like Digi or SSB etc...! That's a VERY nice touch! Really impressed with 4.2

I did get the upgrade installed to 4.2 WITHOUT needing a key code, and actually, I couldn't believe how easy and straightforward it was to do so. Just followed the directions on your website exactly and it worked perfectly....

I notice in the manual for this radio that it references controlling it remotely by using the "built in web server" files through a browser window. What software is needed to do this? I have entered the IP address for it on my network, but it comes back with a 404 error. Just curious. Also...

I purchased a Max Decoder II from Banggood and it had a similar problem, but I just took an X-acto blade and ran it in the little space between the display and the case and it removed it just fine with no damage to the touch screen. Shouldn't be too difficult to do this.
