Bluetooth abnormality

I am using ATS-120Pro. The firmware version is 4.17.
One day, when I pressed the Bluetooth button, a loud beep sounded were coming from a speaker.
Even if I turn down the volume, this sound won't stop.
The sound will get louder and quieter to match the blinking of the Bluetooth module.
I tried replacing the Bluetooth module, but the symptoms did not change.
Also, the symptoms do not change even if I operate the Bluetooth button.
Please someone give me some advice.

Nick, This module is designed to connect wireless headphones or speakers. Just turn on Bluetooth on the receiver and your headphones in pairing mode. The BT button on the receiver turns on the module pairing mode. The devices will find each other and connect. This module was already supported by firmware 4.16. It is also present in several other models of this receiver. There are many videos on the Internet about connecting headphones to the ATS120 receiver. Also distributed on the Internet is a diagram of a homemade ATS25 receiver with this module.

KC3WQE here mine the Bluetooth switch wont do anything. I cant switch it on and off from screen or on the settings. Same with the HIZ and LNA. I thought maybe they were separate components. Low noise amp you think would work but it don't. I have it hooked up to Wi-Fi and its working good but there's certain settings I cant access settings. They are just dark. 2m, 6m and AB are also like that but of course they require a mod. Any help would be appreciated.
