No Luck with Firmware Update

I went through the steps outlined in the manuals. I got to the step after it connected to the website and appeared to have success. The screen said to go to the website to get the unlock code. I did. I entered my email and license key. No unlock code was shown. I entered the active license number (24-digit) and it still did not show the unlock code. I tried the email/license key again and when I try to enter the 24-digit number, the browser displays a message about letting the site delete something. Cancel returns immediately. OK returns but with a message about not being able to change the binding for 30 days.

I'm locked out of the radio. When I power off and turn it back on, it want's the license key and the merry-go-round starts up again.

Mail nul@bk.ru and ask to unlock your key
Easy way after key unlocked is to connect to wifi, insert key and press on display online. That will activate your key faster. No need to go on website.
Be careful when tape key.

Thanks. I've sent the request.

I went through the automated activation to the point where it said it was connected (no "Disconnected" message) but did not get the "Activation Complete." So I presumed I had to do a manual registration. That did not go well.

Once you have click button online and radio screen apear , radio is activated. Can click to info button and see your activation code. You have make activation on device and try to activate again on website, key was arredy activated and system see that and think somebody try to activate other device with same key.
No need to do activation twice. That will block your key and need to be rested. Wait for response from nul@bk.ru.
