ATS25X2 Firmware update

I just purchased an ATS25X2 and a key. WHen I try to get the drivers to load, they fail and the ATS25X2 is not recognized. It came with the older firmware, version 5.2. How do I get the drivers to install/work so I can update the firmware to the new version?

I was able to get the drivers to install but the device is not seen in Device Manager on Win 10 or 11. Any suggestions or is there a way to do the firmware upgrade in Mac or Linux?

I got the latest firmware installed and activated. Had to use a different device.
