Strange version of ATS 25 MAX

I buyed an ATS 25 max..but there's something strange.. It has wi fi and and wi fi antenna.. but It doesn't mention in menù options.. anyone know something about this model!?

You can use Wi-Fi only in the paid firmware version 4.1x

First, look at which firmware version is in your receiver. If this is not 4.1x and you want to use Wi-Fi, then you should purchase an activation key and install the current version of the H-RADIO firmware. But Wi-Fi is not the main thing that distinguishes the H-RADIO firmware. What do you need it for?

Basically listening to short and medium waves.. Since the wI Fi hardware is present, I wanted to enable it to have a complete receiver in terms of functions. The receiver came with harduino Fw 5.2b IU4ALH Mod.

As I said earlier, for Wi-Fi to work, you need to install firmware 4.1x. The firmware is paid, first you need to buy an activation key. You will find the key seller on this forum in a special topic. When you have the key, download and install the firmware, then activate it with the key.

Hello!.. I've just bought an Ats 25 max V.5.2b too.. To my surprise I've discovered on back side panel an isncription "Ats-25max-Decoder"and there was
an WiFi antena slot.
And inspite of my attempts, I could't find any adjustment on this radio settings.The seller didn't answer.
What does it mean? Is there any explanation of this strange event?
As honorable Mr.Binns has told, there is only one method to activate decoder that means to downgrade the firmware from v.5.2 to v.4.1.
And than I should purchase a license key for the V.4.1 firmvare which give a new menu and Decoder settings. Is the correct way to success ?

Привет всем!..
Пожалуйста,помогите решить вот такие вопросы:
1. На передней крышке приемника указана модель Ats25 max IU4ALH mod., a на задней Ats-25-max-Decoder и есть слот антенны WiFi, но в меню нет функционала для работы с декодером и вай фаем.
2. Могу ли я на приемнике Ats25 max V.5.2 сделать downgrade на версию 4.1, купить и активировать ключ, чтобы после этого заработала функция Wi Fi и Decoder или они не Soft ,а Hardware?

Здравствуйте, на вашем приемнике установлена открытая прошивка от UI4ALH https://github.com/IU4ALH/IU4ALH v.5.2 она не поддерживает режимы работы которые вам нужны. Для того чтобы определиться будет ли работать функция декодера на прошивке от Binns v.4.2, вам надо посмотреть есть ли в вашей версии приемника декодер на плате приемника.
