Despite following the Wi-Fi procedure several times, as per your PDF and video installation manual, unfortunately, it was unsuccessful.
I then thought I should have received a code from you beforehand, so I entered my email and activation code on your activation page and followed the steps. However, perhaps because Google Translate was incorrect (this is also translated from Italian), I must have made a mess and can no longer use the radio.

Nic, You need to send a request to nul@bk.ru with a photo of the receiver's display after entering the key, so that the key and id are visible at the bottom of the screen

I also managed to install the update to version 4.2.
During the installation from a PC, the H-Radio software kept giving me an error code. Then I noticed that in Device Manager - COM & LPT Ports, the USB-SERIAL CH340 (COM4) port was missing, which in my case was 4.
I tried swapping out the supplied USB cable for another one, and everything was resolved; it installed the device and its driver.
This is my experience, hoping it can be useful to someone else.
