Activation key

Hallo,

After entering my activation key "Found in Info of ATS25", the key activator has not provided an activation key for the device.

I just get a message saying just to unlink the device with the key.

Any one know what I can do to get an activation key ?

What kind of ATS25 is this? Where's its Kay from? The standard ATS doesn't have a Kay in

[Nostromo]

It is ATS25 Pro+ Air

Hello, reset the firmware to the previous version, then the key should reappear. If that doesn't work, you need a new key. 73 Jürgen
