License Problem

Hi I received my Key from DN1HI and went through the process of registration and my AT25X1 unlocked but at the point it asked me to confirm radio type i accidently pressed the rotary control and it rebooted. Now i get to the point where it askes me to generate an unlock key. it wont work online using WIFI it disconects so i use the PC on line method . I input my email and key and wait but no unlock code is sent checked junk even another email but nothing. so it looks like i am locked out of the server. What can be done to correct this please
