Battery not charging - Is it bricked?

The charge light on my ATS25-XF is supposed to be red when charging and green when fully charged. Last time I charged it, it stayed green, but it wasn't fully charged when I turned it on. Yet, the charge light would be green when plugged in. The battery then ran down to zero and will no longer charge, even though the charge light is green when I plug it in. I can't take it apart to see if something has come loose. Is there a fix that anyone knows, or has by ATS25-XF become a brick after only using it for about five months?
