FM Step in ITU Region 2 on ATS-25 Max Decoder 4.17 beta

New user here. I set the radio to ITU Region 2 and it appears that sets the step to 200 kHz. 200 kHz is fine, but it's the wrong values. The radio tunes to 90.0, 90.2, 90.4 etc, when FM stations are on 90.1, 90.3, 90.5 ...

The radio does not seem to remember the user step setting between uses, so one has to set the step manually to 100 kHz every time the radio is turned on to use it in FM.
