need activation key firmware 4.2 air

Hello,

I need a new activation /license code for my ats 120 pro. The update from 4.1x to 4.2 went wrong, so i have to buy a code again. The People in Russia couldnt help me to restore my radio to 4.1x.

How and where can i buy a new license code? And what is the price of it?
The new license code is for the 4.2 air software
