ATS 4" with FW 4.20 AIR , HAM Band select ,ATS hangs

FW 4.20 AIR 4" full version, when I go to HAM and select a band there, e.g. 20m, the ATS hangs. and this happens when I call up every HAM band. Everything else works. What can this be?

Its a 4" Selfmade with PCB from PU2CLR / IU4ALH / ASSUNCAO . the PCB works fine...

As soon as I select the HAM button and a Ham band (20m or 40m), everything hangs up. what is also strange is that the Si4732-A10 is not found every time I restart. it is only found when I switch it off and on again. is it possibly due to the I²C bus? But everything else works, CB, VHF, AIR KW...only from the folder HAM no Ham-Band can be selected. Crash.

There is an error in this IU4ALH/v12.1 schematic, the GPO2 port of the SI4732 is heavily loaded by the mixer switching circuit. It is necessary to change the control circuit of the mixer switching, through a key on a field-effect transistor. I took the keys that are on the SI5351 module, they are not needed there anyway.

what do you mean by keys? the mosfet's? i now have the SI4732 without GPIO wiring...but it still freezes. Is it possible that the chip has already been damaged?
