ARESQ aq1 how to flash?

I wanted to flash your firmware onto the ARESQ aq1 radio, but unfortunately, even though the radio shows up as COM4 (USB-SERIAL CH340), I can't establish a connection with it. Does anyone know how to enter boot mode? Trying to boot with the encoder held down doesn't work. I tried different USB cables and different USB ports, and I used two different computers

SQ6PNO, First, the receiver must be turned on and connected to a computer. If the installation is performed using the Windows firmware installer, immediately after the blue window appears, press and hold the receiver's power button. Release the button once the firmware is loaded into the receiver and a message appears in the blue window.
