ATS25 Max Code

I purchased the activation key rom atsxley@gmail.com, however the code does not work. Both of us have been trying to figure out why the code does not unlock the radio, when entered it refers me back to this web site. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix for it?

This means that the activation key is already used on another device.

I thought as much, I even asked if there was another key code. So I guess a wasted $25. Why can a get a proper code?

The code from radio need to insert on activation page on website. And recive code to insert on radio.
All are in manual.
