Is there a possibility of sending via the wifi connection (without using the USB cable), the data (FT8, rtty, cw..) to a terminal

There is no such possibility now. But an application for remote connection is being developed. This feature is planned in the application

I have installed a digital BT adapter and use it to transmit e.g. FT8 via Bluetooth to a smartphone and tablet.
Data transfer via A-Explorer is also possible.
It works perfectly.

HI,
Something like the very cheap JDY-31 Bluetooth module connected to the serial data pins of the ESP32 should work.
I am not sure if the CH340 output would need to be disconnected, or if it is high impedance when not driving.

yes, somthing like this..if you have Problems with USB Cummunication after Install the BT Module, put a Diode in the RX Line, Kathode to the BT. TX Line its fine.
But in my case it works without.

There was an attempt to use the built-in Bluetooth in the ESP32, but so far there is no solution to the problem of insufficient memory of the microcontroller
